You know me completely and watch over me
Psalm 139:1-6
The Lord knows us very well than we can ever imagine. He knows our every move, and path we take. And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account (Hebrews 4:13). “Can a man hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him? declares the Lord. Do I not fill heaven and earth? declares the Lord” (Jeremiah 23:24).
Beloved, it is time for us to come to a realization that such knowledge is too high, wonderful and above our reach. In Psalm 147:4-5, we read “He determines the number of the stars; he gives to all of them their names. Great is our Lord, and abundant in power; his understanding is beyond measure”. In Isaiah 55:8-9, we read "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts". Brethren, great is our Lord, and abundant in power; he is alive and his understanding is beyond measure.
Psalm 139:1-6 calls on us to surrender our life and every endeavor to God. Brethren, let's continue to put our trust in the Lord and lean not on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6, Galatians 2:20). Have a blessed day and enjoy the walk with Christ.
